"Here's lookin at you kid!" Casablanca

You make it with Love and I might eat it!  Can you tell I love food?  Okay and I am a personal trainer who also loves to workout and train clients.  And I think the reason I have clients who work with me for a while is that they can see that it's a constant struggle for me as well, to make the right choices when it comes to food.  I got into personal training about five years ago and the heaviest I have been is 248 pounds.  I brought my weight down to 200 and have had my fair share of roller coaster rides with it. But I do love to work out and give it my all in the gym.  Some of my favorite exercises are Pull-ups, Romanian Dead-lifts, and Sprints.

Anyways this website is a for anyone who struggles with their weight like I do and also loves food or working out!  I will share Health and Nutritional information that I have come across in the past few years and the latest, cool research/interviews/documentaries on Diets and Health. I recommend you do your own research as well as speaking to your doctor before trying any of these different lifestyles. As you know, what works for one person does not for another.
